Mission Statement

Beginning World Changers was organized to operate exclusively as a charitable corporation to make available food, clothing, and linkages to shelter for economically challenged individuals, families, and emancipated youth.

Helping Homeless

Our goal is to open up a 10-15 room men’s homeless shelter that would provide training to empower our clients to take charge of their own lives, to return back to their communities in both short-term relief and long-term skill development, and empowered to become well-rounded individuals.

Our goal is to reduce the revolving door of homeless people going around in circles and never being able to live their lives independently.

  • Our organization provides assessments/individual/group support services.
  • Detox, Rehab & shelter referrals.
  • Provides Motor Vehicle ID & Birth Certificate Funding to Homeless Men & Women
  • Personal & Spiritual Development services
  • Job Placement, Interview & training/skills, Computer training one-on-one.

  • Referral to Mental Health Programs
  • Referral for housing & section 8
  • Food
  • Men Round Table (Developed by BWC)
  • Referral to Doctors for checkups
  • Veteran support groups

We will have our Staff RN come into the shelter once a month to do vitals for our clients. We will have a doctor referral for our clients to have a checkup and make sure they are healthy. We feel this is an important factor of our clients becoming active back into the time entering back into living a healthy and productive life.
